Mr Parsons first began working in English law over twenty years ago. He has strong background in general litigation as well as substantial experience of property area. He also has experience of family law matters as well as financial mis-selling litigation. His experienced in all areas of dispute resolution and family law, having worked extensively in the county court, family court and high court. He frequently represents small to medium business owners and has excellent experience of dispute resolution in this field.
He enjoys training, and acts as the firm’s training supervisor, assisting and supporting the trainee solicitors.
Charis has experience in a wide range of areas including litigation, Inheritance Act Claims, private client work, employment and family law. She studied law at the university of Nottingham and than completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School achieving a distinction-the highest level obtainable.
Charis enjoys working closely with people and for people. Her focused, committed and efficient approach helps her excel in providing astute legal services to clients. She has trilingual language abilities,speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Outside of work, Charis loves traveling and engaging in various volunteering projects in the community. She is also interested in art and aesthetics.
Sally Anne Smith
Miss Smith joined Mr Parsons approximately two years ago, working part-time, whilst completing her academic studies. She has successfully secured a training contract and runs her own caseload whilst assisting the firm’s solicitors.
Miss Cheong provides valuable support and assistance for the staff across our legal team. She is trilingual, speaking Mandarin Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Standard Malay) and is therefore able to provide translation assistance to many clients.
Miss Cheong’s professional ambition is to qualify and practise as a solicitor. Outside of work, she is an accomplished violinist and an experienced dancer in several diverse styles.
Zhuoyi read media and communications at the University of Nottingham before converting to law by studying at the BPP Law School in London. She has gained valuable experience in the context of both property and commercial law working at law firms both in London and Beijing. She can speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
Outside of work, Zhuoyi loves reading, traveling and meditation. She also enjoys volunteering in various charity projects.
Mrs Hu is responsible for all administrative and clerical duties, supporting the legal services we offer. She is Mandarin-speaking and therefore able to assist with translation and communication for Chinese clients.
